  1. Whenever I admire a fitness educator, I have to kind of reign in my questions about their diet, since I naturally get SLIGHTLY disappointed when I find someone isn’t vegan (though, statistically speaking, it’s quite likely).

    And then… THIS! I had no idea you were vegan! That’s absolutely wonderful! I’ve been vegan for almost 4 years, and I can’t imagine another way of life.

      Yes, I’m relatively new to the Vegan lifestyle, going on about 5 months now. It really feels wonderful! I love the effect it’s had on my training and recovery time in between workouts. And I’m always happy to contribute to the planet by by eating zero animal products. =)
      4 years is a long time! Congratulations on sticking to your guns! I hope to continue this lifestyle for many years, too.
