What’s pop’n, diesel dolls & dudes? I took this week’s edition of Workout Wednesday to the streets of NYC -Street Workout Stylee!

Workout:

Extended ROM Archer Squats: 3 sets of 10 reps

Knee Raise Twists: 3 sets of 20 reps

Feet-Elevated Push-ups: 3 sets of 15 reps

Commando Pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps

Bridge Push-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps

Handstand Holds: 3-5 rounds
