What’s pop’n, ninjas? This month I’ve dedicated my program to improving my flexibility, specifically in my splits and backbends. I even bought a new mat to make stretching more tolerable on my wooden floors at home, too. As you can tell, it’s super comfy! 😉
For today’s training session, I worked on 3 different back bending and shoulder mobility drills: Wall Crawls, Skin-The-Cats, and Backbend Press-ups.
I’m excited to take my backbends and splits to the next level! Oh, and I’m forever working on my handstand, too. The handstand is always on my program.
