Calisthenics Abs Workout

What’s pop’n, ninjas? My friend Rachel and I recorded a new workout this week! This is a great routine for targeting them abs! 😉

  1. Thanks Grace. Had saved this one from back on my birthday (thanks for the kind message by the way). Will take this one down to the local gymnastics centre this coming Thursday (07/4).

    I don’t suppose you have a workout that super sets pushing / pulling or perhaps one that involves Time UNder Tension combined with explosive movements?

I have a small bridge workout I’m putting together for tomorrow, but I will record a superset push/pull AND a time under tension, plyo workout! That’s why I asked, cos I love getting feedback from ninjas that read my blog!! YOU ROCK!!!
