Workout Wednesday!

What’s pop’n diesel dolls & dudes? Today’s edition of Workout Wednesday I did with my friend Rachel Phillips! We did Wide-to-Narrow variations of Squats, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Bridges, & more!

Workout:

Cossack Squats: 3 sets of 10

Close Squats: 3 sets of 10

Wide Push-ups: 2 sets of 10

Close Push-ups: 2 sets of 10

Wide Pull-ups: 3 sets of 5

Neutral Grip Pull-ups: 3 sets of 5

Table Bridge: 2 sets of 15

Straight Bridge: 2 sets of 15

Straight Leg Raises: 2 sets of 25

Windshield Wipers: 2 sets of 15

Wide-Legged Forward Fold: 30s Hold

Hamstring Stretch: 30s Hold

  1. Sup Grace – not gonna lie, this was pretty tough. The cossacks, windshield wipers were the hardest for me by far and relaxing with the hamstring stretch was a challenge at the end.
