What’s pop’n ninjas?!? I’ve been working on improving my freestanding handstand for years. It’s always a work in progress finding that balancing point, as some days I’ve got it, and some days, I don’t. Either way, if holding a freestanding handstand isn’t your goal, doesn’t mean you should neglect your WALL-assisted practice. There are a ton of strength gains and health benefits to reap from practicing this powerful inversion.
