Workout Wednesday

Last week Al & I kicked it in sunny Santa Monica after a successful PCC in Beijing, China! After Tompkins park, working out on Muscle Beach is our next favorite place to train! Here is this week’s Wednesday workout on the beach:

Workout:

Straight Bar Dips: 3 sets of 10

Straight Leg Raises: 3 sets of 10

Walking Lunges: 3 rounds of 100m

Flex hang: 3 rounds of 30s

Skin-the-cat: 3 sets of 5
