Pre-Holiday Burn Workout

What’s pop’n diesel dolls & dudes? It’s the most decadent time of the year again! I know with the holidays in motion, parties happening and all that delicious tempting food everywhere, it can seem impossible not to keep your diet in check or make time for training!

I got you covered though, B (on the workout, that is.)! 😉 Here’s a quick workout that you can do with no equipment, in the comfort of your living room and in about 20 minutes! Little bit o’ plyometrics, isometrics, and dynamic classic calisthenics in the mix! If you’re spending quality time with you family this year….why not train together, too? ❤

Workout:
10 Push-ups/30s plank/10 burpees
10 close PUs/45s plank/10 burpees
10 wide PUs/60s plank/10 burpees
Rest 30s

2 rounds of:
10 squats/30s wallsit/10 jump squats
10 lunges/45s wallsit/10 jump lunges
30s rest

2 sets of
20 leg raises/30s hollow body/10 vups

10 Short Bridges/30s bridge hold/10 super(wo)mans
10 Straight Bridges/30s bridge hold/10 super(wo)mans
10 Table Bridges/30s bridge hold/10 super(wo)mans
30s rest

30s Headstand hold
30s Wall Handstand
x2
