What’s pop’n diesel dolls & dudes? I’ve officially dubbed today Workout Wednesday! Today’s routine is a unilateral circuit of 5 rounds of the following exercises with little to no rest in between:

Archer Aussies (or Archer Pull-ups) 5 R/L

Archer Push-ups (or Knees-Down variation) 5 R/L

Cossack Squats or Archer Squats 5 R/L

Side Plank Holds 30secs R/L

Thoracic Bridges 5 R/L
