What’s pop’n diesel dolls & dudes? As the winter months draw near, I have decided to start taking the initiative to prepare more meals at home. NYC is one of the best cities in the world for amazing restaurants, and while I absolutely love going out to dinner, I think it’s equally important to be savvy in your own kitchen, too!

My good friend and hairstylist, Rachel Phillips is a fabulous cook and I asked her to teach me how to prepare some new dishes. This week we’ve made a delicious breakfast that looks restaurant-style fancy but is super easy to prepare at home! We made Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus and Poached eggs! Check it out:
