What’s pop’n, diesel dolls and dudes? Hope you’re week is off to an awesome start. I posted two new videos up on my YouTube channel this week that I wanted to share with you! My fabulous hairstylist and friend Rachel Phillips and I went to Tompkins Square Park this weekend to film our bodyweight workout!
Today Al and I were filming more fitness vids and I did a lil impromptu freestyle. I’m still new to freestyle calisthenics, but the learning process is definitely a blast! Gotta keep that beginner’s mind and keep evolving in my own personal training. I love that calisthenics can keep my workouts fresh, exciting, and allow me to be super creative! Next video I’ll be posting will be a tutorial for beginners interested in bodyweight training but not sure where to start! It’ll be a simple routine with 5 moves that will get any newbie ninjas started on their fitness journey!
