There’s a reason our tagline begins with “Talent” and ends with “Trust.” There’s a reason why “Teamwork: Treat each other with respect” is the first line of our values commitment. There’s a reason why “High Performing Culture” and “Great Talent” are a core part of our Grace Value Model and why “Engage and Include” are central to our Grace Leadership Behaviors.

That reason is people.

At Grace, we place a high value on people and that value can be found throughout our practices, policies and behaviors. People make Grace a great place to work and we believe that our People are our number one competitive advantage.

From our competitive total rewards to ongoing professional development to our commitment to developing and promoting from within, our practices are geared toward creating respectful, mutually beneficial partnerships where employees’ careers can flourish -- where they can bring their best to indispensable relationships with our Customers, and unparalleled technology to drive innovation. Our multiple businesses, and the functions that support them, work closely with each other, so employees have ample opportunities to make a difference on an enterprise project or in an important and visible way.

Together we deliver best-in-class solutions in complex global markets with our expertise and ingenuity. We roll up our sleeves and take responsibility for finding ways to meet customer needs and move the company forward.

The global Grace team consists of world-class game changers, working together to solve problems, developing the best technology to overcome new challenges, and confident in the trust we must continue to earn in our industries and communities.

Premier Awards

Grace has several kinds of awards and recognition across a wide array of employee contributions, but perhaps none more significant than our Premier Awards. The Grace Premier Awards recognize excellence in the two most important aspects of our business: Safety and Value Delivered. Both terms have rich and significant meaning that is essential to understand in order to nominate an appropriate individual or team and to appreciate what the judges consider in selecting winners.

Safety

The category of "Safety" can be best understood as exceptional achievement in accordance with our Safety vision, which consists of three, equally important goals that we share publicly:

  • No One Hurt
  • Nothing Out of Place
  • No Harm from Our Products

Value Delivered

The category of "Value Delivered" is the centerpiece concept—the "bullseye"—of the Grace Value Model (GVM).

Grace Value Model

The GVM is a reliable guide for how we deliver more value to our customers and our employees. GVM helps define "how" we win, helping us set direction, establish goals, and align priorities; and GVM helps us understand how we contribute to Grace's overall success.

We're always looking for game changers.

We're looking for people who can deliver the next great idea in our offices, R&D labs, and production operations in 30 countries around the globe.
